TAKE A VISUAL TOUR OF OUR PLANT

We are proud to call Jessup, Maryland, our home for over 30 years. Based at the Maryland Food Center just off Intestate I-95 in Howard County allows us easy access to highways and ports along the Eastern seaboard, from New York to Miami.

Our current state-of-the-art facility has 88,000-square-feet of space and functions as the world headquarters for Stanley Pearlman Enterprises Inc. & NAFCO. This includes a full-line processing plant, optimum fresh/frozen storage, and office space.

We have broken ground on a brand-new 70,000 square foot cold storage freezer and distribution facility adjacent to our current headquarters in Howard County Maryland. A 2020 completion date is anticipated.

SAFETY

Equipped with the latest and best technology, we lead the way in food safety and quality assurance. We were one of the first seafood distributors to comply with the policies set by the Food and Drug Administration, and all our processes meet the strict guidelines for HACCP and SQF certification, gold standards for food safety.

We have a full-time Food Safety team ensuring around the clock compliance. Our entire facility is temperature controlled and provides an uninterrupted cold chain that can be documented and tracked.

We believe that modern technology allows us to deliver the best quality product for our customers. We’ve invested in newest equipment like portioning machines with sophisticated sensory systems that fillet with exact precision so that every order is customized and VSP packaging that maximizes shelf life and enhances presentation.

We have a marine tank system that can hold up to 10,000 pounds of lobsters and other live crustaceans, as well as thousands of feet of freezer space for storing frozen product.
